Before the incident
was exiting the vehicle carrying a large package when I stepped down on my right foot it rolled over itself and I fell but was able to protect the package. I immediately called dispatch with on the ground. A neighbor who seen me fall came to help me up and even offered to deliver it for me instead. He also helped me to the vehicle while I was on the phone with dispatch.
