Moving a clipper machine across the floor without help
What happened
EE states that he was moving the mortadella clipper machine from the DPI maintenance shop o the receiving dock and when he reached the small hallway after the mortadella packing room he did not see a drain and the clipper machine got stuck due to the floor being unleveled he tried to pull the clipper machine out and preventing it from falling on the floor he smashed his LT hand he then let go of the clipper machine. Once the machine hit the floor he tried picking up the machine and strained his lower back. EE reported the injury [REDACTED] [REDACTED] to [REDACTED] and stated that [REDACTED] asked him if he wanted to do an injury report and EE stated no. EE stated he did not want to do the injury report because the pain was not that bad. [REDACTED] he reported lower back pain to [REDACTED] because it was only [REDACTED] that he started feeling lower back pain.
