What happened
Roll mill team member was trying to move conveyor when a part that was hidden by the guarding fell down (mill was not running) rolled over his right shoulder and struck his left thumb between the nail and knuckle. The wound was about an inch long and was only cut deep and bleeding in the center. He was able to fully bend his finger. Team member wanted to treat it as a first aid for now but was told to re-evaluate it if it continued to bleed.
