removing banding on coil

Around [REDACTED] a coil hanger was picking up a coil for [REDACTED] with the Hyster hilo. His forks on the hilo were not raised high enough which made the coil unsteady. He reached between the coil & the hilo to cut the banding that was securing the coil to the skid. The coil suddenly tipped forward & pinned him between the hilo & the coil. His left arm was trapped as well as part of his torso. He yelled for help & a nearby APTL ran over to assist him. The APTL called over the radio for emergency assistance. Shortly after two supervisors arrived but the APTL was able to carefully lift the forks up & free the team member before they arrived. His arm was visibly swollen & shaking and he was taken to NOCH for treatment.
