At [REDACTED] EE texted his supervisor about how the large amount of chemicals stacked in front of his 1st stop Shortly after that while EE was down stacking the cases he felt a sharp pain in his right hipside As he continued to work the pain got worse when he did certain movements like running the ramp or turning certain ways The pain would go from his hip to his thigh At [REDACTED] he called it into his supervisor At that point he wanted to continue working but only wanted to report it in case the pain got worse At [REDACTED] we called to check on EE and we told him to bring back the rest of his stops and go to the clinic
