Driving his PJ

EE was done with 2nd to last order and needed to wrap his pallets He pulled on the dock between door 7 and 8 He could not get his PJ out of his last pallet so he wrapped it with the PJ still in it He also stated that his roll of wrap had a weird indentation in it so he was holding it differently As he was wrapping the bottom of the pallet he jammed his left ring finger into one of the forks on his PJ He did not report it at the time despite the fact that he was bleeding He wrapped his finger with left over labels and threw a glove on He finished his last order and helped someone restack a pallet and clocked out at [REDACTED] Once at home his finger was in extreme pain Came to work the [REDACTED] and reported it
