Driver has to break down a skid and down stack all of the product off of skid as the skid was too wide to pull through trailer to liftgate Once driver had all the product downstacked he lifted a case and turned to place it on his hand truck and his feet came out from under him Driver claims he slipped when turning with case due to ice and condensation due to the back door of trailer being left open Driver fell backwards onto his back causing pain
