[REDACTED] was going down concrete steps with his hand truck He had approximately 200lbs of frozen product loaded on it He was about halfway down the steps when he began to lose control of the hand truck He let the hand truck go it fell and struck his right foot He the stepped down to the next step and twisted his ankle He called the injury in to his supervisor as a report only and finished the day When he returned to the terminal he said he wanted to take the weekend to see it it gets better before he reports it
