Employee states he was performing a letdown to pick slot R2127102 He pulled a pallet from reserve slot [REDACTED] He pulled the pallet from the pick and placed the reserve pallet next to it on the floor He walked around to the other side of the pallets to transfer the product from the reserve pallet to the pick slot pallet He then stepped over the pallet with his right leg to the other side of the pallet and to his forklift He states as he stepped over with his right leg his left leg had gotten caught on product on the pallet causing him to fall to the ground hitting his right knee on the ground
