On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] about [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was sent to see me about reporting an injury [REDACTED] was selecting in the freezer We walked out to the pick slot where the injury occurred in the freezer It was in aisle 70 pick slot 153 level 1 [REDACTED] said the boxes were smashed together It can happen when the boxes get soft and then refreeze He reached above his head with his left hand to pull the cases toward him The boxes stuck together and a group of them started falling his way He instinctively reaches out with his right hand The cases hit his right hand and bent it back The pain was also felt between his shoulder and neck He cannot grip anything has some swelling and numbness in his fingers
