Pulling a pallet off the truck with a pump [REDACTED]

While making a delivery at Victory Parksburg [REDACTED] pulling a pallet off the truck with a pump jack when the pallet got caught on the dock plate [REDACTED] felt pain in his right shoulder He said he felt ok to continue When he got to his next stop Pietros Prime he was going down the ramp with 2 5 gallon pails of chemicals the pails started to roll to the side so he pulled back on the hand truck to prevent the pails from falling and again felt pain in his right shoulder He worked through it and when he got home he said his shoulder started to stiffen up He took pain medicine When he came in [REDACTED] the [REDACTED] he said he was late because he took pain medicine and over slept and his shoulder was still hurting him
