The associate was preparing to burn in the next set of beams To associate had to move the cones of yarn to roll the burn rack into position

An associate working on Mc 20 bent down to pickup some cones of yarn As the associate bent down they supported themselves on a separator bar with their left hand The bar which is designed to be easily removed gave way and the associate went down but did not fall on the ground When the removable bar gave way the associates left bicep caught the next bar which is fixed and not designed to be easily removed The associate also stopped the fall by placing their right had on the ground Shortly after the incident the series of events were repeated as the associate did not remember the pole was designed to be easily removed The associate sustained a bruise on their left bicep and is experiencing some discomfort in their right shoulder
