What happened

S Associate was working on Top of machine 22 and while working associate stated that they were squatting down to pick up the cones from the bottom layer of the case to the lowest level of the creel When heading back up associate stated that he felt he pulled a muscle while going up Associate felt that he pulled a muscle at the left side of the groin area when coming up Associate felt the muscle pulled at [REDACTED] but did not feel any pain Associate still kept on working on his creel and still kept on squatting to hang the lower part of the creel At around [REDACTED] associate started to feel pain Associate states that he feels discomfort when walking and that it hurts a lot when squatting Associate stated that the pain level is at a 4 or 5 O Associate did do stretch and flex in the beginning of the shift with everyone else Unknown at this time on how this happened Associate was creeling with 1 cone at a time and when the associate went to get up from the squatting position he did not
