What happened
At the driver 's first stop he had to get to the cases that were at the bottom of his pallet. There was no room in the freezer to stack the cases of frozen pizza that were on top of the needed stop 1 cases so the driver had to stack the cases on top of other tall pallets by lifting the cases over his head to get them on top of the pallets. When lifting a case of frozen pizza over his head he felt a pain and soreness in both shoulders.
