Picked up a 60 pound case and was going to place it in another spot on his pallet.

What happened

[REDACTED] had set 4 cases of meat weighing 60 pounds each on his pallet in 2 stacks of 2 on the bottom level of his pallet. When he traveled to a slot where he had to pick 6 cases of milk he decided that he needed to move 1 of those stacks of meat on top of the first stack in order to place the 6 cases of milk in the proper zone. He lifted the first case and then stepped on the pallet with one foot to place on the pallet with no issue. He repeated this process with the second case and while setting the case down and turning the case he felt a sharp pain in the right side of his lower back. He continued to work and went home for the night without reporting the incident to management.
