Fueling both the tractor and trailer at the fuel island. He heard an air leak so he walked to where the glad hand was located to address the issue.

[REDACTED] was removing the glad hand on a trailer that he noticed had an air leak while he was fueling the trailer at our fueling bay. He grabbed the glad hand with his left hand (off-hand) and pulled it in an upward motion. He had to use some force because it didn 't remove easily. While pulling upward with force he noticed pain in his left ring finger. He then attempted to put the glad hand back into place with his left hand and while putting some pressure he felt discomfort in his left ring finger. He then switched to his right hand (dominant) to place the glad hand back into place.
