What happened
The driver was going down a parking ramp 's ramp with a loaded flat bed cart with approximately 20 cases of produce on it. He was walking backward rubbing the wall with the cart to act a s a brake when the cart came off the wall. The driver lost control of the cart. He kept holding on to the cart as it swiftly descended the ramp and after stepping back two steps he strained his right calf when his back leg was extended behind him as he tried to regain control of the cart.
