I had a tote bag full of architect folders for an account and was carrying it in my left hand by the straps I also had a small box of architect folders in my right hand The strap broke and when I tried to keep the bag from falling and spilling I felt a sharp pain in my left shoulder Im not sure what happened whether I strained something or tore something but Ive had pain ever since I iced it [REDACTED] and Ive been on ibuprofen Its not as bad as it was but it still reminds me when I try and lift my arm that somethings not right
