Stringing up the spin finish guides on [REDACTED]

S Phase I associate reported feeling irritation to the right eye while threading spin finish applicators on [REDACTED] Pos 11 O The associate stated that they did not feel anything specifically fly in their eye however [REDACTED] does generate a good bit of lint material The associate stated that they went directly to the restroom to flush their eye when they felt the discomfort It is believed that possibly a piece of PET lint got into their eye A The eye was irrigated by the associate and again by the investigating supervisor The supervisor did notice that there was a good bit of lint buildup on the machine and that it needed housekeeping attention The supervisor asked the operators on that line to clean it up P This incident was added to the Phase I Tier board The supervisor followed up later to make sure the lint in the area had been removed
