S Phase II operator reported that while pushing a waste can in the walkway in front of [REDACTED] he tripped and fell landing on his right shoulder O The associate stated the bottom of the can caught on a piece of floor tape that was peeling up When the can caught it abruptly stopped causing him to fall forward and to the ground A Several ice packs were placed on the associates shoulder for pain The associate was reminded that he should not have been pushing the can across the floor P Add this incident to the Phase II Tier board Meet with all operators and explain the proper way to handle odd lot cones
