What happened
The incident happened by the press #7 while trying to bring the press down using a hydraulic jack and steel blocks with TM #2. TM #2 was unstacking the top inch steel block which cause the other steel blocks become unstable and one of the blocks fell. [REDACTED] yelled [REDACTED] #2 to alert him of the fallen block and at the same time [REDACTED] extended his arm to prevent the steel block from falling on TM #2 leg. Doing so [REDACTED] caught the block and hit his fingers on the extrusion press bottom plate.
