Removing heat shield from quench cabinet

S Phase II 3rd floor associate reported straining his upper back while cleaning and dropping a position O The associate stated the injury occurred while pulling the heat shield out He said as he pulled he felt a sharp pain in his upper right shoulder blade that ran down into his right arm and up to his neck Shortly after the associate stated he took two [REDACTED] to help with the pain The investigation found the heat shield was warped which caused it to be difficult to both install and remove The entire dept was surveyed and several more deformed heat shields were also found A An ice pack was placed on the associates shoulder for 10 min on and 10 min off 3x A Shaw nurse was called to discuss the injury with the associate All the heat shields in Phase II were surveyed and several were found to be deformed P The deformed heat shields will be replaced with new ones
