S Phase I operator reported feeling a pop followed with mild swelling in his left elbow while stringing up N7 Pos 7 O The associate stated he was doing his normal job duties The investigation did find the position had been breaking out more than normal requiring more frequent string ups A Ice packs were applied to the elbow Maintenance was called to shut down the position and check to see if there were any mechanical issues that may be causing the excessive breakouts P The associate was coached to make sure to flex and stretch prior to shift and again periodically throughout the shift to prep muscles and tendons for work
