Hooking a hose up to a connector

S Blending associate reported feeling a sharp pain in his lower back while hooking up a resin hose line to Silo 1 O The associate stated he felt the pain while hooking the hose to a coupling The connector he was connecting to sits a little lower than the other couplings The associate commented he had been connecting more hoses than usual [REDACTED] The associate was sent to see the plant nurse A An ice pack was placed on the affected area and he was given OTC medication He was advised in the future to concentrate on bending his knees to get to a lower level instead of bending over at the waist P Add this incident to the Phase II Tier board so it can be shared across all 4 shifts Remind the associate to get help on those days when he is having to attach more hoses than what is normal
