What happened
Going to cut a piece of metal with a die grinder and a cutting wheel. When started the die grinder the wheel flew apart and hit arm and nose. The cutting wheel was new and had not yet started to cut the metal. Thinks the wheel may have been cracked. Nose needed 10 stiches.
