At [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] were both selecting in [REDACTED] [REDACTED]’s PIT was parked on the left-hand side of [REDACTED] adjacent to slot 89-146-01 and [REDACTED] PIT was parked next to [REDACTED]’s PIT on the right side of [REDACTED]. Both [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] said there was enough space between the two PIT and [REDACTED] was walking around his PIT to place his case on his [REDACTED] pallet. [REDACTED] then proceeded to drive to his next pick when [REDACTED]’s [REDACTED] pallet side swiped [REDACTED] right ankle. [REDACTED] shouted in pain as this occurred which caught [REDACTED]’s attention so [REDACTED] dismounted from his PIT to check on [REDACTED] there were no additional witnesses at the time the incident occurred.
