What happened

At around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] slipped while delivering to Sweenys Saloon in [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] parked on the street as normal. [REDACTED] shares a parking lot with a mechanic shop next door. While delivering a full two-wheeler of refrigerated items the driver spun around to pull the two wheeler up the slight lip of the driveway and slipped falling onto his back. The two-wheeler was not overloaded and single stacked the items. The end of the driveway was not salted nor shoveled at the time. There was roughly an eight inch of snow on the ground in some areas. When the driver lost his footing the wheeler came down on top of him and he braced it with his arms. Picture his arms being locked in next to his body. Driver did not let go of the two wheeler and elbows hit the blacktop. Driver continued with route and plans to finish the day.
