What happened
Selector was at the end of the 51 aisle he attempted to turn his triple powered pallet jack (Jack [REDACTED]) to round the corner. He stated that he could not turn and the unit continued to travel right into the racking located in [REDACTED]. The left jack handle broke the up button on the jack broke that sits on the center handle and his right hand slipped under the racking but it was enough to scrape the top of his hand against the bottom of the cross beam.
