What happened
One of the trolleys got stuck inside the freeze dryer the employee contacted maintenance but they were busy so he tried to take it out himself and was able to get it out by pulling harder. Once the trolley was outside the freeze dryer he felt a pinching in his right arm it hurts when he raises his arm.
