Employee exited his front-end loader.

At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] the employee stepped down from his loader to wash sulfur dust off of it with a hose before it could enter the hold of a grain ship. He stated that he did not fall or otherwise make a misstep when stepping off of his loader but he reported experiencing a sharp stabbing pain in his lower back and tailbone area immediately after stepping off his loader. He did not report an injury to his supervisor at this time and entered the hold of the grain ship to continue his shift as a loader operator during vessel-unloading night shift operations. After approximately two hours of operating the loader the employee reported to his supervisor that he was experiencing a stabbing pain in his tailbone area and that the pain was aggravated by the jostling of the loader during unloading operations. The employee left site before midnight reported the same stabbing pain in the same area on [REDACTED] and is scheduled to receive a diagnostic examination from a Concen
