Before the incident
The employee was reaching between the hardware machine and hardware feeder arm to clear a jam in the hardware feeder bowl
What happened
The employee didn 't see the bolt in the tray as they attempted to clear the jam in the bowl. The bolt in the tray moved it the feeder arm causing the arm to extend. As the arm extended it pinched the employee 's arm against the hardware machine.
