What happened
He was putting totes on the line at decant off and on. About 15 minutes till your hand had a funny feeling but not really pain. He didn 't think much of it and left for the night [REDACTED] and went home and went to bed. When he woke he had pain in his arm. It 's very stiff and not very flexible so he knew something was wrong. He reported the incident to me at the start of our shift [REDACTED].
