Before the incident
The employee was unloading a tree of parts from the Badger Shakeout machine in the Shakeout Area of the Foundry. When they pulled the tree of parts out of the machine their finger got pinched between the tree of parts and the inside of the Badger wall. A small bruise blood blister developed on the inside of the middle finger.

A tree of parts was being taken out of the machine without the use of the sliding table causing the part to pinch the employee 's finger between the wall and the tree of parts.
