he employee (EE-A) was walking to the locker room to retrieve a foot stool from her locker since she was assigned to work in the overpack put away department. As she was approaching the pedestrian door to go to the locker room an EE (EE B) was approaching the same door to exit to the plant floor. EE-B exited the pedestrian door at a fast pace. After exiting the pedestrian door into the plant EE-B turned left looking past EE-A and collided into EE-A causing EE-A to fall backwards. As EE-A was falling backwards she reached out her left arm hand to brace for the fall. The impact of the fall resulted in EE-A injuring her left wrist.
