EE injured her left ankle

The employee was working as a line attendant on line 8 and went to the office printer to grab her paperwork she noticed that the paperwork for line [REDACTED] was also at the printer so she decided to bring it to the line [REDACTED] Line attendant. While she was walking on Line [REDACTED] to hand the paperwork over she stepped on a cap and rolled her left ankle. A supervisor was near and witnessed the employee fall. EE presented EIS Office at [REDACTED] left ankle Pain.EE denies feeling any popping or snapping sensation upon MOI. EE described her pain as 6 10 dull pain Upon assessment EE presented with tenderness to palpation to left lateral malleolus as well as mild swelling.EE went to the doctor and was put in a walking boot prescribed medication and was unable to return to work for a period of time.
