What happened
Teammate was in the process of lining up a bundle on the transfer cart with another bundle. As he was lowering the crane to set the bundle down onto the cart he had his left hand resting on top of the bundle. When the bundle made contact with the cart the bars in the bundle shifted and the teammates middle finger on his left hand was pinched.
