Before the incident
The employee was unloading pallets from a container truck with a forklift.
What happened
As the employee was unloading the pallets he noticed that the truck moved forward away from the dock. When he was reversing to go back on the dick the forklift got stuck in the gap between the truck and the dock. The employee decided to jump out of the forklift as he assumed the forklift would fall too. The employee landed hard on his knees and feet and somehow hurt his back too. Soon enough the forklift also fell out of the truck and the employee moved as quick as possible to avoid the forklift falling on top of him.
