Pt had a seizure and when he was out of his postictal state he became aggressive Pt requested water water was given but he would not swallow his water When the PSS and I told him to swallow his water before he drank more he slapped and kicked myself and the PSS several times I was struck in the stomach by his leg foot I am [REDACTED] pregnant and will be contacting my OB as well as my face with his arm hand causing me to be pushed into the wall hitting the back of my head on the wall
