What happened
The operator was honing cages on the snow machine. She was wearing nitrile gloves at the time. When she removed the cage from the holding collet she pulled too fast and the middle finger on her left hand came into contact with the static hone tool resulting in a cut on her finger that went through the glove.

Cut to left middle finger. First aid was applied at Physicians Immediate Care (skin glue and band aide). A restricted duty statement was issued for the left hand of no pulling over 10 lbs for 2 days.
