Loading Pallet

While loading a part on a pallet the part fell back towards [REDACTED] hitting his right leg. Apparently [REDACTED] was trying to load a second pallet that was sitting on top of the first pallet with two parts on it. The part was too far back and unbalanced when he released the straps that hang from the crane. The part fell back towards him scraping his right shin and the tip of his boot. He sustained a scrape and swelling to his right shin and felt some throbbing pain.
