What happened
The injured mechanic was holding the chain steady and holding pin punch while a 2nd mechanic hit the punch that was on the roll pin to remove it. While hitting the roll pin a small piece of metal broke off either the pin or the punch and punctured through the injured employees cut level 2 gloves and into the palm of his hand
