Employee raised herself up in the LLOP where we believe a hook used to grab parts became entangled in the mechanism of the LLOP and jammed it not allowing the employee to lower herself Supervisor was notified and a second LLOP was used to get the employee down from the raised LLOP Supervisor went to get a camera to take photos of the incident when she heard yelling went back to the LLOP and saw the employee down on the ground bleeding from the head The LLOP mechanism somehow released and lowered while the employee was under it
