x-rays of his left shoulder. NO Fractures Clmt had very stiff Left arm shoulder and was unable to move or raise the arm for a few days. He was referred to see ortho -- seen [REDACTED] on panel - 11 20 - and continued OOW until f u on 12 5. He admits doing [REDACTED]that [REDACTED] has him doing and the shoulder is feeling a bit better. He is now able to move the arm and raise it up. Resolved contusion to his head and buttocks from falling. Clmt anticipates talks for RTW following his OV on 12 5 23.
