At approximately __RE[RE[RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED]CTED]CTED__ The [RE[RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED]CTED] was driving into the load out area While driving she felt pain in her left shoulder After parking the vehicle the [RE[RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED]CTED] went to grab her packages from her staging area The [RE[RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED]CTED] pulled her first cart with her left arm and immediately stopped because she felt the pain come back The [RE[RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED]CTED] approached a member of her DSP and described the incident She was removed from her route She then called LMET and Workers Comp to report the incident Afterwards she was instructed to go to seek medical attention When completing the report the [RE[RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED]CTED] made comment that her left shoulder was bothering her before she left for work [RE[RE[RE[RE[REDACTED]CTED]CTED]CTED]CTED] but did not tell anyone on the team
