Before the incident
Operator was getting out of fork truck he turned so that both legs were facing in front of him. He put his left foot out on the fork truck step. He then proceeded to put his right foot on the ground. While moving his right foot to the ground he felt a sharp pain in his back. he went to the control room and reported it to his supervisor. The shift supervisor notified the EMT 's who checked him out and referred him to got to the ER for further medical evaluation.
