The pt came in [REDACTED] to be seen in Urgent Care I was drawing his blood and getting ready to do next round of Blood Cultures that the Provider order After I came back the pt stated that he was felling lightheaded so I offer him into the EKG room so that he can laid down while I and the pt walking towards the room he starting to faint and I called for help I was holding him with my arms and my whole body against his because I didn 't want him to fall on the floor and hit his head or worse After I got help we talked him into the EKG room so that he can lay down and I did get his mom I did tell his mom what happened I did notify the Nurses in Urgent Care and the provider has well
