Before the incident
Employee was working on the [REDACTED] line on the front inspection rack as an inspector. When working as an inspector employees encounter numerous repetitive motions such as opening sashes sliding windows open and closed sliding windows down the inspection rack. At the time the employee was inspecting “sliders”.
What happened
The employee was performing normal everyday job tasks when they noticed some pain in their shoulder between [REDACTED]. They stated that she cannot pinpoint a certain motion movement or instance of time when the injury occurred. EE continued to work and did not mention it to their supervisor line lead. After leaving work for the day their pain persisted and they then decided to reach out to their line lead and let them know that EE would be going to get their shoulder checked by professional medical attention which was around [REDACTED]. After seeking medical attention it was determined to be a strained pulled muscle in the left shoulder from repetitive movements known as a ergonomic strain.
