DRIVER WAS MAKING DELIVER TO RESIDENTIAL STOP. CUSTOMER DOG RAN INTO FRONT GLASS STORM DOOR AND IT OPEN. THE DOG THEN BEGAN TO JUMP UP AND KEEP JUMPING AND BITE COURIERS NECK AND DOG PROCEEDED TO JUMP ON AND CIRCLE COURIER UNTIL GOT THE DOG. CUSTOMER STATES THAT COURIER TRIED AVOID DOG BUT HAD NO WHERE TO GO AND HAD TO STAND THERE.
