EMPLOYEE WAS LOADING 7 SKIDS ON HIS TRUCK. HE FELT A PAIN IN HIS LOWER ABDOMEN BUT CONTINUED WORKING. [REDACTED] THE PAIN BEGIN TO HURT MORE AND CAUSED EMPLOYEE TO SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION. IT WAS THEN DETERMINED EMPLOYEE HAD A HERNIA IN HIS STOMACH AND NEEDED SURGERY.
