EMPLOYEE WAS PULLED FORWARD FROM LOADING DOC SO THAT HE COULD CLOSE HIS BACK DOORS. WHEN HE STEPPED OUT TO CLOSE THE DOOR LOST HIS BALANCE AND FEEL BETWEEN THE TRUCK AND THE BELT. HE JUST WENT TO THE DOCTOR TO MAKE SURE DIDNT MESS ANYTHING UP.
